Q: Harmony Rewards isn't your typical WAHM business. Can you explain how Harmony Rewards works?
A: Harmony Rewards is a group of WAHMs (Work at Home Moms) who have come together to create a new venture that will reward you, our customers, for shopping at our stores! Running a home busines is not easy, and we dearly appreciate those of you who choose to support us. For that reason we want to give back to you, and also work together as WAHMs to further our individual businesses.
There is no fee for a Customer Membership. The only requirement for membership is to join the Harmony Rewards mailing list. Each time you make a purchase at a Harmony Rewards member store, you simply enter 'HR' or 'Harmony Rewards' during the checkout process. The exact method of entry will vary from store to store, but may be done via the comments box, a checkbox, or other method supported by each member store's cart. Use of "HR" or "Harmony Rewards" during checkout will result in 10% of the purchase (after shipping and any other discounts) to be credited to the customers 'Frequent Buyer Account' at www.harmonyrewards.com.
The 'Frequent Buyer Points' can be used to shop from the Harmony Rewards. Joining Harmony Rewards is absolutely free! All you need to do is register for an account, and then when you shop with our WAHMs, mention "Harmony Rewards" or "HR" in the comments section at checkout.
Q: What type of stores and what type of products can be found among HR??
A: The stores that comprise Harmony Rewards provide many different items. We offer products that focus on natural parenting, cloth diapering, natural bath & body, boutique clothing, custom jewelry, and gourmet candy, and other various unique artistic items.
Q: Do you divide up responsibilities to make sure everything gets done?
A: Harmony Rewards is a true collaborative effort. Every person in our group has a responsibility within the group. We work together and share in all of the responsibilities to ensure that the group runs smoothly.
Q: How do manage to work together and remain a cohesive and supportive group?
A: The moms that comprise Harmony Rewards all share in a common goal - to promote the WAHM as providing quality items with outstanding customer service. We all help each other to achieve our goals with our individual businesses. This is not a competition - just moms helping moms.
Q: What Is The Most Rewarding Thing About being a part of this group?
A: Networking with other moms who face the same challenges that you do - maintaining an online business while caring for our families. The moms in this group are tremendously supportive of each other.
Q: What new an exciting things can we expect in the future?
A: Look for more great WAHM stores to be added soon. We have no limit to the number of stores we would like to inclulde in this venture - and we welcome other WAHMs who are interested in being a part of Harmony Rewards to contact the group through the website for more information.
